Catapult Agreements definition
Catapult Agreements means the Old Spanish Trail 3D Seismic Agreement dated September 19, 2014, as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, among Seismic Exchange, Inc., Fieldwood Energy LLC, Stone Energy Offshore, L.L.C., ORXE and Catapult Exploration, LLC, to the extent of the interests held, if any, by any of the Debtors.
