Category 8 means the public health pest control certification and license category referenced in 355 IAC 4-1-3(14), which includes pesticide applicators who use or supervise the use of pesticides in mosquito abatement operations.

Examples of Category 8 in a sentence

  • A small business investment company licensed by the U.S. Small Business Administration under Section 301(c) or (d) of the Small Business Investment Act of 1958; or _____ Category 8.
