Caven Point definition
Caven Point means the approximately 21.5-acre peninsula, containing 15 upland acres, stretching into the Upper New York Bay from the 1,212-acre Liberty State Park, located in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey and identified as Block 1497, Lot 1E on the official tax map of the City of Jersey City, as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A.
