Cayman Acquiror Unit definition
Cayman Acquiror Unit has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.
Cayman Acquiror Unit means a unit of Acquiror, consisting of one Acquiror Class A Ordinary share and one-eighth of one Acquiror Public Warrant.
Cayman Acquiror Unit shall convert automatically into a unit of Acquiror (after its domestication as a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware) (“Domesticated Acquiror Unit”), with each Domesticated Acquiror Unit representing one share of Acquiror Class A Common Stock and one-third of one Domesticated Acquiror Warrant;
