CB-2 Certificates definition
CB-2 Certificates. The Certificates designated as “Class 2-CB-2” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Examples of CB-2 Certificates in a sentence
Class 1-M-1, Class 1-M-2, Class 1-M-3, Class C-B-1 and Class C-B-2 Certificates.
Class C-B-2 Certificates: The Certificates designated as "Class C-B-2" on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, on any Distribution Date in which the Class CB-2 Loss Amount exceeds the Class Certificate Balance of the Class CB-12 Certificates prior to any reduction for the Class CB-12 Loss Allocation Amount, such excess will be distributed in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance of the Class CB-2 Certificates.
The Class C-B-2 Certificates will be subordinate in right of payment to and provide credit support to certain Classes of Certificates, as described in the Pooling Agreement.
