CBA Mortgage Loan definition
CBA Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan that constitutes a "CBA A Loan" under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
CBA Mortgage Loan. The Mortgage Loan identified as Loan No. 58000 in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, which, together with the CBA B Note, is secured by a Mortgage on the CBA Mortgaged Property.
