CBL Credit Facility means a collective reference to (i) that ------------------- certain credit facility which may be entered into by and between Saga Systems and Credit Bancorp Limited pursuant to the terms of which Saga Systems expects to earn a 3% to 4% "dividend" on its treasury stock and (ii) any substitute, successor and/or similar type of facility.
