CCL Equipment definition
CCL Equipment means any equipment owned or used by CCL that is installed at a Site and which is used by CCL to access the Capacity;
CCL Equipment means all of the equipment together with associated software and technical documentation set forth in Appendix A to the CCL Technical Services Agreement.
