CCM Financial Statements means collectively: (i) the audited consolidated financial statements of CCM and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2002 and (ii) the audited consolidated financial statements of CCM and its Subsidiaries for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003.
