CCOS Vehicle Change definition

CCOS Vehicle Change has the meaning ascribed to it in Part F of the CCOS Network Code;
CCOS Vehicle Change means, in relation to an Access Beneficiary:

  • For the purposes of this Contract, if any modifications to the CCOS or the Specified Equipment falling within the definitions of CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change in the CCOS Network Code are identified as a consequence of the operation of the Services, the process set out in Part F or Part G of the CCOS Network Code shall be followed but neither party shall be entitled to any compensation under either of those Parts as a consequence of such CCOS Vehicle Change or CCOS Network Change.

Related to CCOS Vehicle Change

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Fleet Vehicle means a motor vehicle owned or leased by a person engaged in a commercial activity, utility service, or government service; or a motor vehicle offered for sale, rent, or lease at a business which is licensed to sell, rent, or lease motor vehicles.

  • Gross vehicle mass or "maximum mass" means the technically permissible maximum laden mass as declared by the manufacturer.

  • Custom vehicle means a motor vehicle other than a motorcycle that:

  • Unmanned Aerial Vehicle ("UAV") (9) means any aircraft capable of initiating flight and sustaining controlled flight and navigation without any human presence on board.

  • goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;

  • Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:

  • Off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (OVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that can be charged from an external source.

  • Shared vehicle driver means an individual who has been authorized to drive the

  • Shared vehicle owner means the registered owner, or a person or entity designated by the registered owner, of a vehicle made available for sharing to shared vehicle drivers through a peer-to-peer car sharing program.

  • Not off-vehicle charging hybrid electric vehicle (NOVC-HEV) means a hybrid electric vehicle that cannot be charged from an external source.

  • Recreational Vehicle (RV means a vehicle, which is:

  • Replica vehicle means every vehicle of a type required to be registered under this title not fully

  • Low-speed vehicle means any four-wheeled electrically-powered vehicle, except a motor vehicle or

  • base vehicle means any vehicle which is used at the initial stage of a multi-stage type-approval process;

  • Gross vehicle weight means the weight of a vehicle without load plus the weight of any load on the

  • Rental Vehicle means a New Vehicle less than two years old owned by a New Vehicle Borrower and purchased directly from a manufacturer as a New Vehicle and that is used as a service loaner vehicle or is periodically subject to a rental contract with customers of the New Vehicle Borrower for loaner or rental periods of up to thirty (30) consecutive days or is used by dealership personnel in connection with parts and service operations.

  • Commercial vehicle means a motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer used or

  • Subject Vehicle means the vehicle being tested.

  • Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility

  • Tank vehicle means a commercial motor vehicle that is designed to transport any liquid or gaseous materials within a tank or tanks having an individual rated capacity of more than one hundred nineteen gallons and an aggregate rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is either permanently or temporarily attached to the vehicle or chassis. A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty storage container tank not designed for transportation with a rated capacity of one thousand gallons or more that is temporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank vehicle.

  • Eligible Vehicle means a Vehicle (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, a Service Vehicle) in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy or France (as applicable):

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Salvage vehicle means any vehicle which is within the last ten (10) model years and which has been damaged by collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation on the highway exceeds sixty percent (60%) of its fair market value, as defined by Section 1111 of this title, immediately prior to the damage. For purposes of this section, actual repair costs shall only include labor and parts for actual damage to the suspension, motor, transmission, frame or unibody and designated structural components;

  • complete vehicle means any vehicle which need not be completed in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;

  • Public Vehicle means a Person whose securities are listed and traded on a national securities exchange and shall include a majority owned subsidiary of any such Person or any operating partnership through which such Person conducts all or substantially all of its business.
