CCR Employee definition

CCR Employee means an IBEW Employee whose terms and conditions of employment are determined in accordance with a collective bargaining agreement with Local 1944 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and whose job title is either Carrier Call Representative or any other title which may subsequently be considered within the definition ofGroup 3 Employees”, as defined in the Verizon Memorandum of Understanding dated May 21, 1995, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • No CCR Employee Plans or assets of any CCR Employee Plans shall be transferred to CCBCC or any Affiliate of CCBCC.
