CD Rate Loan definition

CD Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the CD Rate.
CD Rate Loan means a Loan bearing interest at any time under the CD Rate Option.
CD Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate based upon the Adjusted CD Rate as provided in Section 4.1(a).

  • The Company, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall select the rate of interest and Interest Period, if any, applicable to any Loan at the time a Notice of Borrowing is given or at the time a Notice of Conversion/Continuation is given pursuant to Section 4.2. Any Loan or any portion thereof as to which the Company has not duly specified an interest rate as provided herein shall be deemed a CD Rate Loan.

  • The Company may not prepay any Eurodollar Loan, CD Rate Loan or Bid Loan.

  • The Borrower may select for any CD Rate Loan or Eurodollar Rate Loan the Interest Period (as defined in the next sentence) for each Borrowing, it being understood that the Borrower may request multiple Borrowings on the same day and may select a different Interest Period for each such Borrowing.

  • Such Notice is to be received by the Bank no later than 10:00 a.m., Pacific time, on the proposed date of the Loan and/or commencement date of the Interest Period; except that Notice of Election to borrow or convert to (i) a LIBOR Loan shall be received no later than 10:00 a.m. (Pacific time) three Business Days prior to the proposed date of the Loan or conversion or, (ii) a C/D Rate Loan shall be received by the Bank no later than two Business Days prior to the proposed date of the Loan or conversion.

  • Each Notice of Election shall specify the amount (and how much of said amount is a conversion of an outstanding Loan) and date of the Loan, Interest Rate Option, and, in the case of a requested C/D Rate Loan, or LIBOR Loan the Interest Period, and in the case of a Negotiated Rate Loan for which a bid is being accepted the Interest Period and the Interest Payment Date(s).
