All computations of interest for Base Rate Loans when the Base Rate is determined by the Prime Rate, all computations of interest for Canadian Base Rate Loans and all computations of interest for CDOR Rate Loans shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable, and actual days elapsed.
Eurodollar Loans and CDOR Rate Loans shall not be reallocated among the Lenders prior to the expiration of the applicable Interest Period in effect at the time of any such increase.

Thereafter, the obligation of the Canadian Lender to make or maintain CDOR Rate Loans shall be suspended until the Canadian Lender revokes such notice.
