Cease and desist definition

Cease and desist means an order directing a licensee or applicant, or any other individuals to halt purportedly unlawful activity ("cease") and not take it up again later ("desist").
Cease and desist means an order of the Board prohibiting a licensee or other Business Entity or Person or entity from continuing a particular course of conduct that violates the Pharmacy Practice Act or its rules and regulations.6

Examples of Cease and desist in a sentence
