Ceases to Operate definition

Ceases to Operate means a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center or Marijuana Establishment which closes and does not transact business for period greater than 180 days with no substantial action taken to reopen. A determination that an establishment has ceased to operate may be based on its actual or apparent termination of operations.

Under such circumstances, ORGANIZATION shall immediately cease and desist from all use of the PREMISES, and this AGREEMENT shall be deemed terminated upon ORGANIZATION’s receipt of such notification of immediate termination from RAP.
