Ceases to Operate definition

Ceases to Operate means a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center or Marijuana Establishment which closes and does not transact business for period greater than 180 days with no substantial action taken to reopen. A determination that an establishment has ceased to operate may be based on its actual or apparent termination of operations.
Ceases to Operate means the inability on the part of LM, for a period of 30 consecutive days, to issue or redeem AM; or
Ceases to Operate means a Marijuana Establishment, Medical Marijuana Treatment Center (MTC) or Independent Testing Laboratory that closes and does not transact business for a period greater than 60 days with no substantial action taken to reopen. More Definitions of Ceases to Operate

Ceases to Operate means the first to occur of any of the following: (i) the termination (but not temporary suspension) of ORGANIZATION’s corporate charter or grant of non-profit status, unless the same is reinstated within sixty (60) calendar days after such termination; (ii) a material change in ORGANIZATION’s purposes or function as contained in ORGANIZATION’s corporate charter or grant of non-profit status (“Stated Purposes”); (iii) a material change in the delivery of services by ORGANIZATION from that described herein; or (iv) the failure of ORGANIZATION to use the PREMISES for any of the authorized uses described in Section 7 herein, Permitted Uses and Restrictions (collectively, “PERMITTED USES”) or any other default of the terms and conditions or other obligations contained in this AGREEMENT, for a consecutive period of sixty (60) calendar days; unless prevented from doing so because of damage, destruction, major repairs or refurbishment of the improvements within the PREMISES, or for reasons beyond ORGANIZATION’s control. Under such circumstances, ORGANIZATION shall immediately cease and desist from all use of the PREMISES, and this AGREEMENT shall be deemed terminated upon ORGANIZATION’s receipt of such notification of immediate termination from RAP.

Ceases to Operate means a failure of Tenant to be open to the public for business for the Permitted Use at least during all hours of all days on which Jefferson reasonably elects to xxxx xxx Shopping Center for business to the public, for a period of thirty (30) days, except while the Premises are untenable by reason of alterations, remodeling by Tenant or its assignee, casualty or condemnation and Tenant is performing its restoration obligations in accordance with this Lease.
