CEC Certification has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a)(ii) of Attachment 1.

CEC Certification or “CEC Certified” means that the CEC has certified that the Project is an ERR for purposes of the California Renewable Portfolio Standard and that Energy produced by the Project qualifies as generation from an ERR consistent with CEC standards and protocols.
