CEC Common Stock means the common stock of CEC, par value $0.01 per share.

  • In the case of CAC Awards denominated in cash, the number of shares of CEC Common Stock or other securities, property or cash that may be delivered in settlement thereof shall be determined pursuant to the terms of the particular CAC Stock Plan on the relevant settlement date(s) for such awards.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, no fractional shares of CEC Common Stock and no certificates or scrip therefor, or other evidence of ownership thereof, will be issued in the Merger.
