CEC Preferred Stock definition
CEC Preferred Stock means the preferred stock of CEC, par value $0.01 per share.
CEC Preferred Stock means the preferred stock of CEC, par value $0.01 per share. “CEC Recommendation” has the meaning assigned in Section 4.3(e)(iii).
