Cemetery Plan definition

Cemetery Plan means a Plan of the Cemetery approved by the Ministry of Consumer & Business Services.
Cemetery Plan means a Plan of the Cemetery approved by the City of Kenora and the Ministry of Small Business and Consumer Services.
Cemetery Plan means the land surveys, Lot plans, Lot designations, Interment Rights designations, landscape plans, and all drawings and design documents for the City’s Cemeteries

  • Primary Plan means a Plan that, in accordance with the rules regarding the order of benefits determination, provides benefits or benefit payments without considering any other Plan.

  • Recovery Plan means a recovery plan drawn up and maintained by an institution in accordance with Article 5;

  • Secondary Plan means a plan that is not a primary plan.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
