Centerbridge Director definition
Centerbridge Director has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).

The initial Directors of the Company shall be those individuals listed on Schedule C hereto, and, each such Director is classified on Schedule C as either a Management Director, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Director, Centerbridge Director, Carlyle Director, Blackstone Director, Independent Director or Ninth Director, as applicable.
