Central Electricity Authority definition

Central Electricity Authority or CEA shall mean the Authority, originally constituted under Section 3(1) of the repealed Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948, since substituted by Section 70 of the Electricity Act, 2003;
Central Electricity Authority or ‘CEA’ means Authority referred to in sub-section (1) of Section 70 of the Act;
Central Electricity Authority means the Central Electricity Authority of India.
