CENTRAL SERVICE PROVIDER definition
CENTRAL SERVICE PROVIDER means any of NGC, Logica UK Limited, Cap Gemini plc and EPFAL in each case, in their respective capacities as the provider of services and systems to support the operation of the balancing and settlement arrangements established under the BSC;
CENTRAL SERVICE PROVIDER means the CSS Provider, the DCC (in respect of the services provided under the Smart Energy Code), the Gas Retail Data Agent, the Electricity Retail Data Agents, and the Market Intelligence Agents.
