AVIF will wire payment for net redemptions to an account designated by LIFE COMPANY by 1:00 p.m. Central Time on the same day as the Order is placed, to the extent practicable, but in any event within five (5) calendar days after the date the order is placed in order to enable LIFE COMPANY to pay redemption proceeds within the time specified in Section 22(e) of the 1940 Act or such shorter period of time as may be required by law.
LIFE COMPANY will wire payment for net purchases to a custodial account designated by AVIF by 1:00 p.m. Central Time on the same day as the order for Shares is placed, to the extent practicable.
For Shares to be properly tendered pursuant to the Offer, a properly completed and duly executed Letter of Transmittal bearing original signature(s) for all Shares to be tendered and any other documents required by the Letter of Transmittal must be physically received by us at the address listed above before 5:00 P.M., Central Time, on the Expiration Date.
Withdrawn Shares, however, may be re-tendered by following the procedures described in Section 4 above prior to 5:00 P.M., Central Time, on the Expiration Date.
Any protest of an award or proposed award must be filed in writing within ten (10) days from the date of the official award notification and must be received by 5:00 pm Central Time.
