Centre District Register definition

Centre District Register means the register maintained by the Centre pursuant to Rule
Centre District Register means the register maintained by Bowls NZ pursuant to Rules 7.4(a) of this Constitution recording the details of boundaries and Members of Centres within each Centre District.
Centre District Register means the register maintained by the Centre pursuant to Rule 12.1 (Centre Boundaries) recording the details of its boundaries and Clubs within the Centre District.

  • A review of Centre District boundaries may be carried out from time to time by the Board and, in appropriate cases, the Delegates at a General Meeting may, on the recommendation of the Board and after full consultation with the Centres affected, alter the particulars recorded in the official Centre District Register and such alterations shall be binding on the Centres affected.

  • Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.

The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.

  • Submittal Register means a list provided by Contractor of all items to be furnished for review and approval by A/E and Owner and as identified in the Contract Documents including anticipated sequence and submittal dates.

  • Registered nurse means a person who has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered nurse pursuant to the Health Professions Act and Regulations, and who holds an annual certificate.

  • Share Register means the register of Holders maintained on behalf of the Trust by the Auction Agent in its capacity as transfer agent and registrar for the APS.

  • State of Registry means, in respect of an aircraft, the State on the national register of which an aircraft is entered or the State of location of the common mark registering authority maintaining the aircraft register.
