Any provision of this Option may be amended or waived if, and only if, such amendment or waiver is in writing and signed, in the case of an amendment, by the Holder and the Partnership, or in the case of a waiver, by the party against whom the waiver is to be effective and, in the case of an amendment to or waiver of Section 11, the Centre Partners Entities.

Each of Employer and Centre Partners Management LLC or its affiliates (collectively, "Centre Partners") will have the right throughout the term of this Agreement, to obtain or increase insurance on Executive's life in such amount as the Board or Centre Partners (as applicable) determines, in the name of Employer or Centre Partners, as the case may be, and for its sole benefit or otherwise, in the discretion of the Board or Centre Partners (as applicable).
Executive will cooperate in any and all necessary physical examinations without expense to Executive, supply information, and sign documents, and otherwise cooperate fully with each of Employer and Centre Partners as Employer or Centre Partners (as applicable) may request in connection with any such insurance.
