CEPHALON FACILITY definition
CEPHALON FACILITY means the facility of Cephalon located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Road, Suite 290, Beltsville, Maryland 20705, or any other facility of Cephalon approved by the Management Committee for use in the manufacture of Products under this Agreement.
