As to each Mortgage Loan and REO Loan (other than the portion of an REO Loan related to any Companion Loan), the Trustee Fee shall be paid as a portion of the Certificate Administrator Fee, which fee shall accrue from time to time at the Certificate Administrator Fee Rate and the Certificate Administrator Fee shall be computed on the basis of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan and a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
