Certificate Anniversary Date definition
Certificate Anniversary Date means an anniversary of the Certificate Commencement Date. The first Certificate Anniversary Date shall be the date one (1) year after the Certificate Commencement Date and subsequent anniversary dates annually thereafter;
Certificate Anniversary Date means the date in any subsequent calendar year corresponding numerically with the Commencement Date;
