Class A-8 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-8 and Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-1 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereto.
Class A-SB Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class A-SB” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A-1 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-1".
Certificate Principal means principal payable in respect of the Investor Certificates of any Series pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement.
REMIC Certificate Maturity Date The "latest possible maturity date" of the Regular Certificates as that term is defined in Section 2.07.
Class A-1 Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A-1 Certificates.
Class A-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 and Exhibit C hereto.
Initial Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Class of Certificates, the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates as of the Cut-off Date, as set forth in the Series Supplement.

Class A-7 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-7 and Exhibit C hereto.
Class A-2 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2 hereto.
Class B-3 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-3 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-3 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-3 Certificate.
Class B-6 Certificates The Certificates designated as “Class B-6” on the face thereof in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.
Original Certificate Principal Balance With respect to any Class of Certificates, the amount specified for such Class in Section 4.01(d).
Class A-V Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-V Certificate, including any Subclass thereof.
Original Certificate Balance means $32,051,840.09.
Class A-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class A-2".
Class A-3 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-3 hereto.
Class A-P Certificate Any one of the Certificates designated as a Class A-P Certificate.
Certificate Principal Amount With respect to any Certificate (other than the Interest-Only Certificates and the Class R and Class LT-R Certificates) and any Distribution Date, the maximum specified dollar amount of principal to which the Holder thereof is then entitled hereunder, such amount being equal to the initial principal amount set forth on the face of such Certificate, less (i) the amount of all principal distributions previously made with respect to such Certificate; (ii) the principal portion of all Realized Losses previously allocated to such Certificate; and (iii) any Certificate Writedown Amount previously allocated to such Certificate; provided, however, that on any Distribution Date on which a Subsequent Recovery is distributed, the Certificate Principal Amount of any Certificate then outstanding to which a Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss amount has been applied will be increased sequentially, in order of seniority, by an amount equal to the lesser of (A) the principal portion of any Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss amount previously allocated to that Certificate to the extent not previously recovered and (B) the principal portion of any Subsequent Recovery allocable to such Certificate after application (for this purpose) to more senior Classes of Certificates pursuant to this Agreement; and provided further that on any Distribution Date on which the Aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans exceeds the aggregate Certificate Principal Amount, such excess (including any excess attributable to the allocation of Principal Forbearance Amounts) will be allocated to increase the Certificate Principal Amount of any Certificate then outstanding to which a Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss amount has previously been allocated, sequentially in order of seniority, up to the principal amount of such Certificate Writedown Amount or Realized Loss to the extent not previously recovered. The Interest-Only Certificates and the Class R and Class LT-R Certificates are issued without Certificate Principal Amounts.
Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.
Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class C Certificates Any one of the Class C Certificates executed by the Trustee, and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-18, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 4.
