Examples of Certificate-issuing Authority in a sentence
The Certificate-issuing Authority of a Party shall, within five (5) working days, notify the Administration of the other Party of any suspension, withdrawal or cancellation of the Certificate issued by it, as well as stating the reasons for doing so.
The visiting Administration shall communicate the results of the evaluation carried out pursuant to the provisions of the above paragraph to the Certificate-issuing Authority within three (3) months from its completion.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Convention, the Administration of a Party may verify the validity and authenticity of the Certificates issued by the Certificate-issuing Authority of the other Party by official correspondence or e-mail.
The Certificate-issuing Authority shall communicate in response via e-mail within three (3) working days from the date of receiving such request.
On request by the Administration of one Party the Certificate-issuing Authority of the other Party shall supply specimen copies of its Certificates, and any modifications made thereof.
