Subsequent Transfer Instrument Each Subsequent Transfer Instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Company substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, by which Subsequent Mortgage Loans are transferred to the Trust Fund.
Gift instrument means a record or records, including an institutional solicitation, under which property is granted to, transferred to, or held by an institution as an institutional fund.
Delaware Certificate is defined in Section 2.1.
Trust instrument means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust as the same may be amended and restated from time to time.
Mortgage Instrument means any mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt executed by a Credit Party in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, pursuant to the terms of Section 4.1(e)(i), 5.10 or 5.12, as the same may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.
Certificate of Conformity means Executive Order certifying vehicles for sale in California.
Certificate of Award means the certificate authorized by Section 6(a), to be signed by the Fiscal Officer, setting forth and determining those terms or other matters pertaining to the Bonds and their issuance, sale and delivery as this Ordinance requires or authorizes to be set forth or determined therein.
Certificate means this entire Certificate of Approval document, issued in accordance with Section 53 of the Ontario Water Resources Act, and includes any schedules;
Cooperative Stock Certificate With respect to a Cooperative Loan, the stock certificate or other instrument evidencing the related Cooperative Stock.
Certificate of Conversion means the Certificate of Conversion to Limited Liability Company of the Corporation to the Company as filed in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware pursuant to the Delaware Act.
Stock Certificate With respect to a Cooperative Loan, a certificate evidencing ownership of the Cooperative Shares issued by the Cooperative.
certificate of registration means registration with the College that allows the Participant to practise medicine in British Columbia, other than the certificate of registration which allowed the Participant to enrol in Postgraduate Medical Education;
Proper Instruction means a writing signed or initialed by one or more person or persons as the Board shall have from time to time authorized. Each such writing shall set forth the specific transaction or type of transaction involved. Oral instructions will be deemed to be Proper Instructions if (a) FAS reasonably believes them to have been given by a person previously authorized in Proper Instructions to give such instructions with respect to the transaction involved, and (b) the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS promptly cause such oral instructions to be confirmed in writing. Proper Instructions may include communications effected directly between electro-mechanical or electronic devices provided that the Investment Company, or the Fund, and FAS are satisfied that such procedures afford adequate safeguards for the Fund's assets. Proper Instructions may only be amended in writing.
Certificate of Conformance means a document issued by the NCWM based on testing by a participating laboratory that constitutes evidence of conformance of a type.
Certificate of title means, with respect to any Financed Vehicle, the certificate of title or other documentary evidence of ownership of such Financed Vehicle as issued by the department, agency or official of the jurisdiction (whether in paper or electronic form) in which such Financed Vehicle is titled responsible for accepting applications for, and maintaining records regarding, certificates of title and liens thereon.
Pledge Certificate means a Pledge Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 1 executed by a duly authorized officer of the applicable Fund and delivered by such Fund to the Custodian by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as the applicable Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.
Certificate of deposit means an instrument containing an acknowledgment by a bank that a sum of money has been received by the bank and a promise by the bank to repay the sum of money. A certificate of deposit is a note of the bank.
Transfer Instruction is a specific information provided for a transfer to be made that you provide to the Account to Account Transfer Service for a transfer of funds.
Debt Instrument means any loan, bond, debenture, promissory note or other instrument evidencing indebtedness (demand or otherwise) for borrowed money or other liability;
certificate of fitness means a certificate issued by the Department to a contract bus carrier.
Security Instrument A written instrument creating a valid first lien on a Mortgaged Property securing a Mortgage Note, which may be any applicable form of mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt or security deed, including any riders or addenda thereto.
uncertificated proxy instruction means an instruction or notification sent by means of a relevant system and received by such participant in that system acting on behalf of the Company as the board may prescribe, in such form and subject to such terms and conditions as may from time to time be prescribed by the board (subject always to the facilities and requirements of the relevant system concerned);

Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.
Certificate of Trust means the Certificate of Trust in the form of Exhibit B to be filed for the Trust pursuant to Section 3810(a) of the Statutory Trust Statute.
Certificate of Amendment means the Certificate of Amendment of the Company, the form of which is attached as Exhibit A.
