Certificate Register definition

Certificate Register. The register maintained pursuant to Section 5.02.

Certificate Register and “Certificate Registrar” shall mean the register mentioned and the registrar appointed pursuant to Section 3.4.

• The Owner Trustee and the Certificate Registrar shall give prompt written notice to the Sponsor and to the Certificateholder of any change in the location of the Certificate Register or any such office or agency.
