  • Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor Trustee or Certificate Administrator as provided in this Section 8.8, the successor Trustee or Certificate Administrator shall mail notice of the succession of such Trustee or Certificate Administrator hereunder to all Holders of Certificates at their addresses as shown in the Certificate Register, the RR Interest Owners, the Depositor, the Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Borrowers, the Initial Purchasers and the Companion Loan Holders.
