Certificate Registrar definition

Certificate Registrar means the register mentioned and the registrar appointed pursuant to Section 3.4.

• No transfer of a Trust Certificate or any interest therein shall be made unless the Certificateholder shall have first surrendered such Trust Certificate to the Certificate Registrar for registration of transfer, or if such Trust Certificate shall have been mutilated, destroyed, lost or stolen, the Certificateholder must first comply with Section 3.05 hereof.

• Every Trust Certificate presented or surrendered for registration of transfer or exchange shall be accompanied by a written instrument of transfer in form satisfactory to the Owner Trustee and the Certificate Registrar duly executed by the Certificateholder or such Certificateholder’s attorney duly authorized in writing.
