Certificate Yield definition

Certificate Yield. The sum of (a) the amount accrued during the related Interest Period at the Certificate Rate on the sum of (i) the Certificate Balance immediately prior to such Payment Date and (ii) any previously accrued and unpaid amount at the Certificate Rate for prior Payment Dates, and (b) any previously accrued and unpaid amount at the Certificate Rate for prior Payment Dates.
Certificate Yield has the meaning specified in Section 4 of the Face-Amount Certificate Agreement
