Certificated Bonds definition

Certificated Bonds means the individual certificated Bonds executed and delivered by the Issuer and authenticated by or to the order of the Trustee, which may be delivered in exchange for the Global Bond in certain circumstances.

Examples of Certificated Bonds in a sentence

  • Payments of cash interest on each Bond will be made by wire transfer to the registered account of the Bondholder or, if the Bonds are in the form of Certificated Bonds and the Company is acting as paying agent, at the option of the Company, by wire transfer to the registered account of the Holder or by United States Dollar cheque drawn on a bank in New York City mailed to the registered address of the Holder if it does not have a registered account.
