Certificated Bonds definition

Certificated Bonds means the individual certificated Bonds executed and delivered by the Issuer and authenticated by or to the order of the Trustee, which may be delivered in exchange for the Global Bond in certain circumstances.
Certificated Bonds means the Bonds, in certificated, registered form, executed and delivered by the Company and authenticated by or on behalf of the Registrar in exchange for the Global Certificates, upon the occurrence of the events set forth in the third sentence of Section 2.04(f).
Certificated Bonds means a Bond issued in certificated form to a Person other than the Depositary.

Examples of Certificated Bonds in a sentence

  • Upon the occurrence of any of the preceding events in (a), (b) or (c) above, Certificated Bonds shall be issued in such names as the Depositary shall instruct the Corporate Trustee.

  • Prior to such registration of transfer or exchange, the requesting Holder shall present or surrender to the Registrar the Certificated Bonds duly endorsed or accompanied by a written instruction of transfer in form satisfactory to the Registrar duly executed by such Holder or by his attorney, duly authorized in writing.

  • At such time as all beneficial interests in a particular Global Bond have been exchanged for Certificated Bonds or a particular Global Bond has been redeemed, repurchased or canceled in whole and not in part, each such Global Bond shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the Corporate Trustee in accordance with Section 13 of the Indenture.

  • Upon surrender by the Clearing Agency of the certificates representing the Book-Entry Bonds and receipt of instructions for re-registration, the Trustee will reissue the Book-Entry Bonds as Certificated Bonds to the Beneficial Owners identified in writing by the Clearing Agency.

  • The “Bond(s)” and “Bondholder(s)” under this Condition 10 shall, unless the context requires otherwise, mean the Bond(s), the Book-Entry Bond(s) and the Other Certificated Bond(s) and the holders of the Bond(s), the Book-Entry Bond(s) and the Other Certificated Bond(s), respectively.

  • Upon request by a Holder of Certificated Bonds and such Holder’s compliance with the provisions of this Section 2.05, the Registrar shall register the transfer or exchange of Certificated Bonds.

  • The “Bond(s)” and “Bondholder(s)” under this Condition 11 shall, unless the context requires otherwise, mean the Bond(s) and the Certificated Bond(s) and the holders of the Bond(s) and the Certificated Bond(s), respectively.

  • Upon receipt of a request for such a transfer, the Registrar shall register the Unrestricted Certificated Bonds pursuant to the instructions from the Holder thereof.

  • Upon the occurrence of either event described in the immediately preceding paragraph, the Trustee is required to notify the Clearing Agency, which in turn will notify all Beneficial Owners of Book-Entry Bonds through Clearing Agency Participants, of the availability of Certificated Bonds.

  • The forms of the certificate and any coupon for the Certificated Bonds shall be substantially as set forth in Exhibits B and C, respectively (the “Certificated Bond Certificates” and “Certificated Bond Coupons”, respectively), and Exhibits A, B and C shall constitute an integral part of these Conditions of Bonds.

Certificated Bonds means the Regulation S Certificated Bonds and the Restricted Certificated Bonds.
