Certificating Authority Form definition

Certificating Authority Form means an EASA Form One or an FAA Form 8130-3, any dual release form approved by both the EASA and the FAA, or any successor to either such forms.

  • Requesting Authority means the Authority making a request under this MoU.

  • Certifying Authority means a person who has been granted a licence to issue a Digital Signature Certificate under section 24;

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular jurisdiction other than the U.S.

  • UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Collateral Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Collateral Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement and each Mortgage.

  • Permitting authority means the Iowa department of natural resources or the director thereof.

  • Recertification means the process by which a client’s eligibility to continue to receive child care assistance benefits are determined.

  • Contracting Authority means any contracting authority as defined in Regulation 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.

  • certification body means a body, including product or quality systems certification bodies, that may be designated by one Party in accordance with this Part to conduct certification on compliance with the other Party's standards and/or specifications to meet relevant mandatory requirements;

  • Approving Authority means a government (federal, provincial or municipal), governmental agency, Crown corporation, or quasi-governmental authority (a privately operated organization exercising authority delegated by legislation or a government).

  • Appointing authority means the head of an employing unit authorized by ordinance or City Charter to employ others on behalf of the City, or a designated management representative. The term includes and can be used interchangeably with department head, department director, superintendent, and chief.

  • Applicable Insurance Regulatory Authority means the insurance department or similar insurance regulatory or administrative authority or agency of the jurisdiction in which the Company is domiciled.

  • Licensing authority means the department or division within each participating state which is authorized by law to issue or approve licenses or permits to hunt, fish, trap, or possess wildlife.

  • Insurance Regulatory Authority means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary, the insurance department or similar Governmental Authority charged with regulating insurance companies or insurance holding companies, in its jurisdiction of domicile and, to the extent that it has regulatory authority over such Insurance Subsidiary, in each other jurisdiction in which such Insurance Subsidiary conducts business or is licensed to conduct business.

  • Governing authority means the local legislative authority

  • Medicaid Certification means a certification by a state agency or other entity responsible for certifying Medicaid providers and suppliers that a health care provider or supplier is in compliance with all the conditions of participation set forth in the Medicaid Regulations.

  • Housing authority means a housing authority created or
