Certification and Authorization definition

Certification and Authorization means a certification from Applicant/Borrower that all information provided in the Loan Application Package is true and accurate to Applicant/Borrower’s knowledge, and an authorization from Applicant/Borrower allowing Lender or Broker to complete a credit check, background check, contact Applicant/Borrower’s other creditors, or take any other action necessary to properly underwrite a potential loan.

Certification and Authorization means a certification from Borrower that all information provided in the Loan Application Package is true and accurate to Borrower’s knowledge, and an authorization from Borrower allowing Lender or Mortgage Broker to complete a credit check, background check, contact Borrower’s other creditors, or take any other action necessary to properly underwrite a potential loan.

Examples of Certification and Authorization in a sentence
