Certification of Contract Completion definition

Certification of Contract Completion means a form used to document that a Contractor’s Work is complete, and the Contractor has complied with all conditions precedent to final payment and release of retainage. This form may also be used to document partial completion.

Examples of Certification of Contract Completion in a sentence

  • If a Partial Certification of Contract Completion was not executed for the Contract, the date that the Contracting Authority executes the Final Certification of Contract Completion is the date that the Correction Period commences, and retained funds may be released.

  • The Vendor shall submit a Certification of Contract Completion with the final invoice (see Attachment “E”).
