Certification Services means: (A) all of the functions and obligations described in the Project Agreement as being the responsibility of the Independent Certifier; (B) all of the functions and obligations conferred on the Independent Certifier under this Independent Certifier Agreement, including the functions described in Appendix A to this Independent Certifier Agreement; and (C) all other things or tasks which the Independent Certifier must do to comply with its obligations under this Independent Certifier Agreement.

Certification Services means the activities conducted by the Certifier to render a certification.

Examples of Certification Services in a sentence

• The Client hereby retains Intertek to evaluate the Client’s system(s)/program(s) at specified facilities of the Client (“Facilities”) that contract with Intertek for Certification Services to specified standard(s) and/or other normative document(s) (“Standard”).

• The Independent Certifier shall perform the Certification Services in accordance with this Independent Certifier Agreement.

• BASEC may at any time and at its sole discretion make changes to the Certification Services rules and requirements which are necessary to comply with any applicable safety or other statutory requirements, or which are necessary to comply changes in legislation or with the relevant standards or where necessary to meet the requirements of the relevant accreditation authority and the Customer shall comply with such changes as soon as reasonably practicable after notification of such changes.

• You acknowledge that your use of any of the Certification Services constitutes (i) your unmodified acceptance of this Agreement, and (ii) sufficient consideration provided by Sectigo for your obligations herein.

• The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement constitute a final binding agreement between you and Sectigo with respect to your use of the Certification Services as a Relying Party or otherwise.

More Definitions of Certification Services

Certification Services mean, collectively, Sectigo’s OCSP Responder, CRLs, and any Certificate status information contained in the Repository.

Certification Services means a one-off online exam provided by Pix4D assessing Authorized Users skills and technical knowledge available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/services/training-certification. Cloud Platform means Pix4D’s cloud platform available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Cloud Services means a cloud-based service made available by Pix4D, whether or not provided as part of an Offering and whether or not provided for a fee, accessible at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

Certification Services means: (i) all of the functions and obligations described in the Design Build Agreement as being the responsibility of the Independent Certifier; (ii) all of the functions and obligations conferred on the Independent Certifier under this Independent Certifier Agreement, including the functions described in Appendix A to this Independent Certifier Agreement; and (iii) all other things or tasks which the Independent Certifier must do to comply with its obligations under this Independent Certifier Agreement;

Certification Services means the conformity assessment services including any assessments, evaluations, audits or surveillance activities described in Schedule 2 (Special Terms & Conditions) which are to be provided by NSAI (remotely or otherwise) pursuant to this Contract.

Certification Services means any service which is provided to the senders or recipients of information in electronic form, or to those storing such information, and is designed to facilitate the use of cryptographic techniques for the purpose of ascertaining that the confidentiality, authenticity and integrity of such information is secured;

Certification Services means assessment of a product, process or service in accordance with Certification Procedures. Certification Services includes one off assessment and verification services, gap analysis and second party audits, whether or not a certificate is issued;

Certification Services has the meaning given in Schedule 6 – Independent Certifier Agreement.
