Certified Date definition

Certified Date means the date certified by the local authority as the date on which the execution of the eligible works is completed to their satisfaction.
Certified Date has the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 13(g);
Certified Date means the date on which all eligible works are completed to the satisfaction of the Authority.

Certified Date means the date certified by the Council as the date on which the eligible works were completed to the satisfaction of the Council
