Certified Goods definition

Certified Goods means the wine or Old Vines of the Producer that have been certified by the Old Vine Project in terms of the Conditions of Certification for sale and advertisement under the Certification Trade Marks, and which may not exceed the maximum permitted volume of production as prescribed by the Producer Criteria;
