Certified Irrigated Acre definition

Certified Irrigated Acre means any acre of land within a Certified Irrigated Tract with a demonstrable or proven history of irrigation, as provided in these rules and regulations.
Certified Irrigated Acre means any acre of land for which the landowner has provided District approved documentation and which has been authorized by the Board for the application of groundwater.
Certified Irrigated Acre means any acre that is certified pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the District.
