Certified registered nurse anesthetist means an advanced practice registered nurse who is certified
Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Non-Participating Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist means a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Registered Nurse (RN) means an individual licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 152.
Advanced registered nurse practitioner or “ARNP” means a person who is currently licensed as a registered nurse under Iowa Code chapter 152 or chapter 152E who is licensed by the board as an advanced registered nurse practitioner.
Registered nurse means a person registered by the Board as a Registered Nurse.

Advanced practice registered nurse means an advanced practice registered nurse
Certified nurse practitioner means an individual who is licensed as a registered professional nurse under part 172 who has been granted a specialty certification as a nurse practitioner by the Michigan board of nursing under section 17210.
Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Registered dietitian means an individual approved to work as a dietitian by the American Dietetic Association’s Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Nurse aide means any individual who is not a licensed health professional or volunteer providing nursing or nursing-related services to residents in a nursing facility.
registered pharmacist means a person whose name is for the time being entered in the register of the State in which he is for the time being residing or carrying on his profession or business of pharmacy;

Authorized nuclear pharmacist means a pharmacist who:
registered auditor means a person as defined in terms of the Auditing Professions Act, 20015((Act No. 26 of 2005);
Registered patient means a patient who is included in a list that is a registered patient list for the purposes of the Primary Medical Services (Sale of Goodwill and Restrictions on Sub- contracting) Regulations 2004(e);
registered medical practitioner means a medical practitioner registered under the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50];
registered dentist means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Dentists Act 1984 who holds a license to practice under that Act;
Registered professional nurse means that term as defined in section 17201 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.17201.
Registered Charity means a charity that is registered under the ACNC Act.
Nurse-midwife means a registered nurse who has graduated from a program of study designed to prepare registered nurses for advanced practice as nurse-midwives.
Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.
