Certified Rent Roll(s) definition
Certified Rent Roll(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule 1 of the Agreement.

The Seller has obtained a rent roll (the "Certified Rent Roll(s)") other than with respect to hospitality properties certified by the related Mortgagor or the related guarantor(s) as accurate and complete in all material respects as of a date within 180 days of the date of origination of the related Mortgage Loan.
Other than as reflected on the Certified Rent Rolls, Sellers are not currently parties to any other leases, licenses or any similar occupancy agreements with respect to the leasing or occupancy of the Projects.
