Certified Well Driller definition

Certified Well Driller means any person currently certified by the State Environmental Certification Board to practice as a well driller in South Carolina.
Certified Well Driller means any person duly and currently registered by the S.C. Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation to practice as a well driller in South Carolina.
