CfD Agreement definition

CfD Agreement means the agreement entered into between the CfD Counterparty and the Eligible Generator pursuant to an offer made by the CfD Counterparty pursuant to section 14 of the EA 2013;
CfD Agreement means the contract for difference (including the Conditions) (as amended from time to time) with the number set out in Schedule 1 (Project Information);
CfD Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2 below.

Examples of CfD Agreement in a sentence

  • This CfD Agreement is entered into following the applicable contract allocation or negotiation process established under or by virtue of the EA 2013.

  • Where a term is defined in both this CfD Agreement and in the Conditions, the definition in this CfD Agreement shall apply instead of the definition in the Conditions.

  • The CfD Counterparty shall, as from the Agreement Date, comply with this CfD Agreement (including the Conditions) as the “CfD Counterparty” and agrees that the Conditions are hereby incorporated into this CfD Agreement as if they were clauses of this CfD Agreement.

  • The following definitions shall apply to the Contract for Difference only if the CHP Qualifying Multiplier is expressed to apply to the Contract for Difference in the CfD Agreement: “CHPQA”; “CHPQA Certificate”; “CHPQA Guidance Note 44”; “CHPQA Guidance Note 44 Certificate”; “CHPQM Calculation Methodology”; and “CHP Qualifying Multiplier”; and, if such definitions are so disapplied, any reference to any of the foregoing definitions in any other definition shall be disregarded.

  • This Private Network CfD Agreement is entered into following the applicable contract allocation or negotiation process established under or by virtue of the EA 2013.

  • For the purposes of this Private Network CfD Agreement, the “CfD Counterparty Metering Breach Notice” shall mean the “Metering Breach Notice” set out in Annex 8 (Pro forma notices) of the Conditions.

  • This Part 5A (Payment calculations: Baseload Technologies) shall apply to the Contract for Difference only if it is expressed to apply to the Contract for Difference in the CfD Agreement.

CfD Agreement means an agreement concerning a proposed Communities Facilities District to be formed, substantially in the form of Exhibit I attached hereto, by and among Buyer, Sellers, the Company and the Sellers’ Representative.
