Chairfast definition
Chairfast means capable of maintaining a sitting position but lacking the capacity of bearing own weight, even with the aid of a mechanical device or another individual.
Chair means the chair of the Board;
Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board;
Vice-Chairperson means the Vice-Chairperson of the Board.
Chairman means the Chairman of the Board;
Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.
