Chakan GES means Open Joint-Stock Company “Chakan GES” established under the laws and regulations of the Beneficiary, being a power generation company with registered address at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇-▇ Village, Chui Oblast, 724330, Kyrgyz Republic, or any successor thereto acceptable to both the Beneficiary and ADB;
