Challenge Inspection definition

Challenge Inspection means the inspection of any facility or location in the territory or in any other place under the jurisdiction or control of a State Party requested by another State Party pursuant to Article IX, paragraphs 8 to 25.
Challenge Inspection means the inspection of any facility or premises in the Republic of Namibia or in any other place under the jurisdiction or control of the Republic of Namibia, to which this Act applies, requested by another State Party pursuant to paragraphs 8 to 25 of Article IX of the Convention;
Challenge Inspection means an inspection declared by the Minister to be a challenge inspection under section 47 and carried out under Division 3 of Part 5.
