Change Control Form definition

Change Control Form is defined in Section 5.2.
Change Control Form means a form which shall be provided to the Customer to reflect any changes to the Services, as previously agreed between the Party’s, and shall hereby be incorporated into the terms of the Agreement. If such resultant change shall incur Fees to the Customer, then a new Order Form shall be provided to the Customer which does not alter the existing Master Services Agreement;
Change Control Form means the document prepared by Company to document any change from the defined production processes of the Product.

  • If a complete and final Impact Analysis cannot be specified, or if aspects of the Impact Analysis cannot be determined at the time of the request, Contractor shall so indicate on the applicable Change Control Form, including a detailed explanation of the basis of such inability of Contractor to so determine.

  • In no event shall any State-submitted Change Response become a Change Order unless such Change Response (and its related Impact Analysis) are expressly accepted by Contractor as evidenced by its signature on the applicable Change Control Form.

  • Each modification (or group of modifications) to the Contract, Statement of Work, or Scope Document must be documented and approved by a Change Control Form.

  • Groundwater and vadose zone activities addressed by this Change Control Form include activities pertaining to RCRA TSD Units managed by DOE’s TWRS Program (the single-shell tank system, per se) and “associated site” (as listed in Attachment One) activities.

More Definitions of Change Control Form

Change Control Form means the written record of a Change agreed or to be agreed by the Parties pursuant to the Change Control Procedure; “Change Control Procedure” means the procedure for changing this Contract, as set out in Schedule 6 (Change Control Procedure); “Clearance” means national security clearance and employment checks undertaken by and/or obtained from the Defence Business Services National Security Vetting; “Combined Nuclear Pension Plan” means the pension scheme set up by the NDA pursuant to Section 8 and Schedule 8 of the Energy Act; “Commencement Date” means the date of this Contract; “Commercially Sensitive Information” means any Confidential Information comprising of commercially sensitive information relating to the Supplier, its IPR or its business or which the Supplier has indicated to the Customer that, if disclosed by the Customer, would cause the Supplier significant commercial disadvantage or material financial loss; “Community Room” means a room within the NDA Archive Facility, used for meetings and events, serving both Staff and the local community; “Confidential Information” means the Customer’s Confidential Information and/or the Supplier’s Confidential Information; “Consents” means all permissions, consents, approvals, certificates, permits, licences, agreements and authorities (whether statutory, regulatory, contractual or otherwise) necessary for the provision of the Services; “Conservation” means active protection of Physical Records by means including, but not limited to, physical and/or chemical treatments designed to prevent further deterioration which work shall generally be undertaken by specialist sub-contractors;
Change Control Form has the meaning set forth in Schedule VIII.
Change Control Form means NEKTAR AL’S procedural form that documents CRITICAL CHANGES. The form includes a description of the critical change, justification, and APPROVAL signatures at a minimum.
Change Control Form has the meaning given to it in Clause 18.6; Client, you or your: the party receiving the Services from us under this Agreement, as set out in the Sales Order Form; Commencement Date: the date on which this Agreement is entered into by the Parties, as set out in Clause 2.4;

Related to Change Control Form

  • Exchange Contract means a contract for Commodity approved by SFC and the HKFE for trading on one of the markets from time to time established and operated by the HKFE which may result in a Futures Contract and/or an Options Contract.
